It is hard to let some things go in our business, however look at the usefulness. Can it be improved upon? Do we need it? Does it attribute to the bottom line? Keep this list in mind:

1. Accept new technology
2. Outsourcing
3. Shop around for better rates
4. Telecommute
5. Pay invoices early or on time
6. Identify inefficiencies
7. Cancel unused services
8. Go green
